"Legge Bavaglio"

In these days, in Italy, there will be a discussion about a new law ("Legge Bavaglio, comma 29 in DDL Intercettazioni") which may destroy a lot of blogs because with this new law someone may ask the editing of a post in which s/he thinks this post ruins his/her own personality.
This is why it's called "Legge Bavaglio", because "Bavaglio" means something which removes you the freedom of speech.
A lot of blogs, as I said, may be closed.
Also Wikipedia (in Italy) might be closed.
They've just written it on their board.

Of course I can't stand this, because freedom of speech MUST be a citizen right.
